Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. Her career was successful acting in TV, beginning with soaps that aired on the daytime One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx, New York) is an American actress and singer. Navedo began her professional acting career with soap operas for daytime viewers. She was on the show as Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 through 1998. She joined Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she made her debut in film with a minor role in Girl 6. She then played as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action film, as well as on Washington Heights (2002). Between 2001 and 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. He starred later on in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods, and Blue Bloods. Navedo starred in many different films including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. Superfast!, a comedy film in which she was a part. The Fast and the Furious Parody, released in 2015 is a parody on the popular Fast and Furious Film series. Navedo first began her profession as an actor on daytime dramas. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap opera One Life to Live from 1995 through 1997. She joined CBS's Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance in the film world with a part as a character in Girl 6. She later was a guest actor on New York Undercover (1996) and The District. Navedo played the role of Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
